(1) The most meaningful modules that I took in this course is the one about the most probable occupation for us and about the leadership. By this, I learned what kind really suited me. And fortunately, according to my test, IT, somehow, matches my interest. The module about leadership, somehow, lead me into realization that not all can be pleased by how you lead. That there are certain kinds of leadership that can appeal a certain person. Although there are certain kinds of leadership, a leader must always have the fundamental characteristics. he must be first and foremost responsible. He must be trustworthy and goal-oriented. A leader must always be determined and can control his members well.

(2) My personal development led me to a great achievement. Right now, I'm more than what I am before. Because of Persef, I learned more about myself. I develop a sense of responsibility in whatever I do.

*My evaluation about myself during class is a person who is quite inquisitive that sometimes I am a little noisy, but I know that i have contributed something and I learn something from every class meeting.

(3) By now, I'm being more aware of my actions and decisions. My inquiries about life and why I ended up in such a course, were kind of fill up. Persef let me realized that maybe my decision was right when I came to this course, although I am not really good in computer. I really believe that I can pull this off, this degree course. My interest was really related in art, I never imagined myself in such a course with complex computer problems and etc. I was not even listening in programming before. But now, I'm beginning to listen and understand more. Not only because of Persef, but also because of the other courses. As I find new knowledge about things, I have develop a sense of decisive manners. Now, I can reflect more than before. And somehow, I understand myself more. I learned to love myself and what I have.

(4) Because of Persef, I had a quick glimpse of the college environment, especially about the activities of the students. That college is hard but there are great things and events in it too. It let me realized that my course what not such a bad idea after all. Because at first, I was really doubting my abilities and if I will ever learn to love my course. And right now, I'm loving it although it's really hard. This must be my toughest experience I will ever have, but this is also the most exciting part of my life. Persef let me realized the different way to deal with things, especially about being a leader. It helped me learned a lot of things. And right now, as I just said, I'm loving my course and I will do everything to graduate.

What are the aspects of the work culture at Infy that you like?

From how I see it, there are three dimensions of the work culture at Infosys. The physical environment - is quite outstanding, the social and cultural dos give the feeling of belonging and most importantly the work ethic which provides the opportunity to perform and the recognition for performance.

Can you explain why you decided to take up a work stint at Infosys?

There were a couple of things that convinced me that Infy was the right place for me. It was a place where I could get my hands dirty - the exposure was tremendous in terms of the breadth and depth of work. Unlike most other business solutions company this was a company started by IT professionals and it reflects in all that the company does.

Can you share some of your experiences working here?

Looking back I am convinced that over the past 7 years my expectations prior to joining Infosys were only reinforced through what I saw, learnt and worked on.

What strikes you about Infosys as a company?

The Company wants to make a difference in the way it does things. Be it in the way any stakeholder is treated - customers, employees, investors, the vendors, the gardeners, the housekeeping staff, the drivers who bring and take employees back - the list is endless. Similarly the effort in the detail that goes into for example the Infosys annual report or even for that matter CSR activities, both as a company and as individuals, stands out clearly.

So many that it became unbeknown to us.

People don't know what's the true meaning of it.

So, as we have discussed about this etiquette, I have learned so many things that are quite shocking and even revolting in a way. An example of this is when a man can let or not let woman seat when he is already seated. I think, a true gentleman would let a woman sit. Since this day, I always observed men when they will let a woman sit or not...And happly, Filipinos are kind of a gentlemen, for a few will only not lend their sit :D So be happy everyone...
